On granting access to your project to willco support

The willco support team cannot see your projects without your explicit permission and without you explicitly choosing to grant access to your project to the support team. In the course of troubleshooting issues, willco support may ask you to grant the support team access to the project which is causing problems. To do this, please select the adequate role* to the support user in the project settings > users section.

Though the support team will try to remove itself from your project once we determine that the issue has been resolved, it is not always obvious from the support team's perspective whether or not an issue has actually been resolved on the user end. Therefore, we ask that you please revoke the support team's access to your project once you feel the issue has been resolved in a satisfactory manner.

*What's the adequate role for the support user? You can set the role you feel more confortable with, but take into consideration that some issues may need a deeper access to you data to be fixed. Don't worry, though, we will try to solve it without accessing and ask you if needed.
