What's the dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you will see on willco, it's your command center. There are multiple sections ordered by the urgency that will help you decide what's the next task to do (or help you see where is the process blocked).

Pending approvals

This section displays the Crew or Cast members pending to be approved and the Deal Memos pending to be signed for both Crew and Cast members. 

✅ Cast & crew to approve

This section buttons will take you to the appropriate Credit roll section (cast or crew) with the filter Deal status - Proposed applied.

✅ DM approval

In this case, the filter applied will be the Deal status - DM ready.

Pending tasks

As the colours try to communicate, these sections display warnings. Red is top priority, orange is less urgent 🚦

🛑 Contracts not issued

The cast and crew members working today with any Deal status different to complete are displayed in this section. They shouldn't be working without a contract signed and sent to the payroll company, should they?

⚠️ DM incomplete

A softer warning is displayed when the deal status is Proposed, Declined or Approved and the cast or crew members will start working in the following three days.

⚠️ DM not confirmed by payroll company

This block warns you when the deal status is Payroll company pending and the cast and crew members will start working in the following three days, but they were not confirmed by the payroll company yet

You can plan ahead the week to come by looking at the follow-up blocks.
