How to get the crew personal details entered in willco

Willco provides you with a simple online form, allowing any future crew members, vendors, cast members, or their agents, to fill in their personal details straight in your project database.

The great advantage of this feature is not only time-saving or avoiding mistakes but especially complying with the new Data Protection principles.

Add a new Crew, Cast or Company member, entering the name and email address, then send an email to request the personal details to be filled in in willco. If you want to collect information of a cast member, you may also add a Manager's, Agent's, or Assistant's email in the Supporting Staff tab, so they can complete the data confirmation form with the cast member's details.

The data request email template can be edited in Project Settings. Take advantage of this feature and add a Data Protection disclaimer to comply with the new GDPR regulation. Please note that you can create a specific email for each group: crew, cast and companies.

The crew members will see the form in the language set on their browser, Spanish or English. If you need it translated to another language, please let us know.

Once filled, the crewmembers cannot modify their details without requesting new access. This way we protect the information from constant changes out of control.
